Hi everyone! "Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated." Heard that everyone thought I was dead! I'm alive and well and living in Moses Lake. Was married for 32 years to the love of my life, Bob. He passed away last July from brain cancer. We have one wonderful son, Joe, who graduated form Western and is just back from a trip to Spain. I am retired from a teaching/administrative/consulting career and enjoying life. Hope to see you next time.

Wild time in the old town: Andy -- sorry you didn't make it to the dinner. Wanted to talk more. Brian - thanks for the laughs. Barb Specker -- holy smoke, you look fabulous and not enough time to catch up. Rocky -- thanks for the apology for our 9th grade ASB President speeches (I have no idea what he's talking about.....!!). John -- love what you're doing. Let's keep in touch. Connie - Ditto. Right up my alley. Thanks for giving back. Patty, Kathy, Nancy -- no more band challenges! Blaine -- the only one who knew the actual definition of troglodyte. Rod -- OK then, nice blazer. Detta -- you've got enough talent to sink a ship! Rayna -- you're on my list girl. Thanks all, loved our time together. Cate

Hi Class of 68:  I want to wish all of you a great 40th reunion and hope you have as much fun as we had last year.  The websites are a great way to stay in touch with classmates. Although I was a year ahead of you I have great friends from the Class of 68.  Take Care!

Hi all,

I am a member of the Class of 1958.  I am unsure of how many of us are still around the U.S.  I live near to Daytona Beach, Florida.  We hase NASCAR and a lot of Ocean in the area. My brothers still live in the Tri-City area.  Both are younger than me but not members of your class.  Looking foward to any information about my old classmates who are all near to 68 years old.  Our class president who worked in Yakima for years as a insurance salesman has passed on since our last reunion.  His name was Ken Paulson and I understand that both he and his wife lost their lives to Cancer.  I also have lost two wives to Cancer in the past 25 years.I am now married and happy again.  Looking foward to a reply from anyone who knows what is happening to my 1958 graduate classmates.

Attention golfers!  And HI to everyone else too!   We're working with the Apple Tree golf course and have set up a tee time for Sat. morning, Aug. 16th, at 7:30 AM.  Early, I know.  But in mid-August this might be a very good thing.  If you're  interested in joining your fellow classmates in a round of golf, please let me know.   Information is being mailed in the next few days regarding various events (including golf).  If you haven't received something by next week, let me know.  Maybe we have an incorrect address for you which we need to change.  That's it for now.  Over and out...Linda

I have lived in Yakima the entire 40 years since graduation.  I have four awesome kids, ranging in age from 40 down to 25.  I have nine terrific grandkids and one terrific great-granddaughter.  I worked for 26 years in the public sector, both for the City of Yakima and Yakima County.  After retiring from the public sector, I now work as a Unit Secretary at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center.  I was married for 21 years and have been single since 1993.  My greatest satisfaction in life is my relationship with the Lord and I value this relationship a great deal.  I guess I haven't strayed too far from Yakima, but I do still like it here.  My only change would be possibly going south during the coldest winter months.  :)

If you don't remember me or can't locate me in your senior Reveille, it is probably because I was pregnant during my senior year and as you recall, at that time you didn't continue to attend classes if you were pregnant,  However, I completed my high school education taking classes at YVC and due to Mrs. Ethridge's efforts, I received my Eisenhower Class of 1968 diploma.  I just didn''t walk with the class.  So I graduated in June 1968 with a diploma and a 3-month old daughter.  I have no regrets.  She was and is terrific.  I just had to grow up a little sooner than some. :)
