     I stayed in Yakima after high school.  I worked in my families business as the bookkeeper, central station manager and alarm monitor. 
     Ike is still very much in my view.  I bought a house on the east side of Fisher Golf Course and have lived there since 1984.
     My first son, David, was born in 1974.  David lives in Seabeck, Washington and is an electrician.
     My second son, Dana, was born in 1979.  Dana lives in Yakima and is a cook.
    My husband Skip and I have been together since 1982.  I finally met the man of my dreams.  We are both home bodies and enjoy being together. 
     Skip is End Stage Renal Disease and dialyzes three times a week.  We are waiting for a kidney transplant.

I retired in 2004 with 30 years of service for Employment Security. I have 3 sons who live in Yakima and have a nine week old grandson and another grandson is due in December.      I lived in Yakima up until about five years ago.  I have two very handsome sons who have given me five wonderful grandchildren between them.  Number six will be coming early next year.
     I worked most of my adult life in medical offices in Yakima doing everything from filing, receptionist, phone girl and scheduling manager.  In December of 2000 I suffered a brain aneurysm which resulted in two subsequent brain surgeries to get everything working properly again.  Since then I have retired and am now a full time "Granny Nanny" or as I am sometimes called, "THE GRAMINATOR"!  I live with my oldest son,daughter-in-law  and two absolutely gorgeous granddaughters in Renton.  
     I look forward to reconnecting with old and older friends in August.
